Please Note...
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling 2 or more spa services.
Deposit may be transferred if appointment is rescheduled.
24 hours notice is required for rescheduling.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time for completing intake forms. We are aware that at times you may need to change your appointment. We request that you give us a 24-hour notice of requested changes. Multiple service appointments must be confirmed with a credit card. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge to your credit card.
Massage appointments require a 50% deposit at time of service. No show massage appointments will be charged for full service. 24-hour cancellation is required.
All Bridal parties require a reservation with a valid credit card. 50% non-refundable Deposit is required at time of appointment. Wedding parties require a 1-week cancellation (working days). Cancellations made less than one week will be subject to full charge for all numbers in the party. We reserve that time for your wedding party. No show wedding parties cost us time and money. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
